TriState Home Inspection is owned and operated by Starr Ford. I have over 25 years home inspection, home building and home remodeling experience in the Cincinnati area. Having built new homes and remodeled homes from less than a year old to more than 190 years old, I have a unique knowledge of the home building systems used with houses of all ages. I currently perform home inspections in the greater Cincinnati area.

I am a full time home inspector and do not offer any other services that might create a possible conflict of interest. I have completed an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) approved training program. I have passed the National Home Inspector Examination and the ASHI Examination. My home inspections are done using one of the industry’s leading software programs and strictly comply with ASHI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
