Services
Pre-Listing
Inspection
When you are ready to sell your home, a presale home inspection can be
used to prepare your home to go on the market. The inspection will help
you in correcting problem areas that could compromise a sale or lead to
delays due to renegotiations and amended contracts, expediting the sales
process. The inspection will help you get the highest price in the shortest
time period. The inspection report can even be used as a sales tool to
show to prospective buyers.
Pre-Purchase
Inspection
When you are ready to purchase an existing home, a pre-purchase home inspection
will provide you with an unemotional, unbiased, informed report on the
condition of the home and its systems. We inspect the structure and all
the major systems of the house and provide you a comprehensive, easy to
understand report. The inspection will help you reduce your risk and make
an informed purchase decision.
New
Construction Inspection
When you are having a new home constructed, inspections can be used to
evaluate construction from the time the foundation is excavated to the
final walk through. The new construction inspection can be customized
to the number of construction phase visits that you feel are necessary.
New home construction inspections have become even more important as the
increasing use of sub-contractors has lead to decreased communication
and supervision on the building sites. These construction phase inspections
save money and time by addressing problems when they are visible and easy
to correct.
New
Home Warranty Expiration Inspection
With new homes, the builder usually offers a home construction warranty.
The warranty period in our area varies by builder from 6 months to 2 years.
A warranty inspection performed prior to the expiration is a through and
comprehensive inspection of the home that will provide a list of items
that need to be addressed by the builder before the warranty expires.
Investor
Property Inspections
Investor
property inspections are performed prior to purchase. These are performed
to identify defects, negotiate repairs or price adjustments. Often, out
of state investors rely on us to verify condition of the property.
